Our trainer and instructor,  Justine-Kelly Sutherland has been in the industry for 5 years and have a diploma in fitness and Pilates.  She is a qualified personal trainer, specializing in older adults, children and pregnancy.

We Offer group training classes that allows people to have a cheaper yet fully focused training session without being in a crowded gym. It also allows those that are shy or introvert to work to the best of their abilities in a friendly, caring environment.

These classes will inspire you to work your hardest as an individual,  supporting every team member.  The high intensity workouts offer loads of cardio and functional training and tons of fun (and the best part is that it is affordable!)  We will boost your agility, strengthen your core, improve your speed, and even assist you with your balance and coordination.

The boot camp classes will always be different, challenging with a whole bunch of team work involved.  Mini competitions and games make it exciting and fun, taking the torture out of training.  

The kids bootcamp is ideal for ages 4 - 12, and help your little ones to grow physically, mentally and socially.
